Respecting their efforts to make it to a session is enough support.

Do not try to immediately recommend any form of activity. At this point, simple action such as getting out of bed are difficult enough.

Do not encourage any use of equipment. Suicidal thoughts and self harm are common during this period and safety measures must be put in place.
